Excellent design company to work with, Lee Mullins was first class with the design he created for us, far better than we had thought it would look like. As with most couples wanting to build a new home we started looking at the show homes. We found that each show home had bits and pieces of what we liked to ultimately make up our dream home. In one of the new areas in town we walked into a home that was just in the framing stage and knew then the design was ultimately based on what we wanted. Turned out to be a Mullins Design. Over the next few months we followed the home through most of it’s completion, even meeting the home owner. We loved the design and decided on Mullins Design Group to do up our plans. Lee has been awesome with ideas and our changes along the way. We would get a set of drawings and were maybe not sure of certain layouts and not even sure how to make the changes and what would and wouldn’t work.. The man is a genius with a pencil and paper. In moments he would sketch the changes and come up with things we never even thought of.
